- U.S. Bank Account (2 months Bank Statements)
- New acquisition – proof of U.S. Bank Account in name of borrower- with cleared funds available prior to Closing
- Visa and/or Passport / Drivers License
- U.S. person (attorney) named in loan documents to accept legal service
- Title in U.S. entity – LLC / Corporation
** loans may not be used for residential properties for personal, family or household use (primary residence) nor for the purchase of real property on which a personal residential dwelling will be constructed.
